Free Standard Ground Shipping Offer valid for shipping within the Lower 48 United States only. Your order will ship on the next business day after payment is received.

Our shipments are sent directly from our warehouse with one of our preferred ground shipping partners and should arrive in 3 to 10 business days depending on your ship to location.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Roll Mobility accepts orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii, including the cost of all return shipments and warranty claims to and from the warranty service center when applicable. In the case that incorrect shipping charges are applied to the original order, Roll Mobility will contact the customer to receive correct payment before the order is shipped.

Exact delivery times for Alaska and Hawaii cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for delivery when shipping to these destinations.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email directly from the shipping company with the tracking number of your shipment. When your order ships, you will receive an "Item Fulfillment" email that includes your shipment tracking information. Please check your junk/spam filter or folder if you do not receive an email in your regular inbox.

You will be able to track your shipment one (1) business day after receiving the tracking number.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO's. We require a physical street address for all purchases.

Note: If you attempt to track your order the same day you receive the tracking information, you will typically receive a message indicating that your shipment does not exist. This is common. Try tracking your shipment again the next business day.
