We know it's important that you have confidence when you use your credit card to order online or by telephone, and that is why we now offer the Roll Mobility Safe Shopping Guarantee.

We will help protect you from credit card theft or misuse.

Here are the steps we take to ensure that your purchase is safe:

  1. Data encryption. To help protect your credit card number and personal information, your payment transaction is encrypted using SSL encryption. Encryption is a process by which software is used to scramble your credit card number and personal information so that they are unreadable by any unauthorized person.
  2. The Roll Mobility Secure Shopping Guarantee. In the unlikely event that your credit card company holds you liable for any unauthorized charges to your account resulting from your online purchases at Roll Mobility, we will cover your liability up to $50.

The end result? When you buy online from Roll Mobility, you can buy with confidence.

If within 60 days of your purchase you discover unauthorized charges, you should promptly contact your credit card company and report the unauthorized charges.

You should ask to speak to a representative of the company's fraud department. They can inform you of the company's fraud claim process and determine whether or not to charge you a personal liability fee.

If your credit card company (a) determines that the charges were fraudulent charges resulting from your online purchase at Roll Mobility, and (b) holds you liable for any of the unauthorized charges, contact us immediately. For your convenience, you can contact us by email or by mail. In order to help you, we will need the following information:

  • Your name
  • Daytime phone number
  • Billing address
  • A copy of the credit card statement in question (please circle fraud charges)
  • Proof of your credit card company's fraud determination and liability fee
  • A description of the incident

We will protect you. For security purposes, our fraud department will confirm your claim. If the fraudulent charges resulted through no fault of your own, we will then credit your credit card up to a maximum of $50 and send you a letter that confirms our reimbursement.
