Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 1st, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Roll Mobility Inc. (“Roll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover your use of the Roll Mobility mobile app (the “App”), our website, and the services we provide (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who Can Use Roll
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where local law requires) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
2. Your Account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
3. Your Contributions
Reviews, ratings, sensory ratings, posts, snapshots, photos, videos, voice notes, comments and other content you share are your “Contributions.” You keep ownership of them.
By sharing a Contribution, you give Roll a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, use, copy, display, adapt, translate and share it, in connection with operating, improving and promoting the Services, including in Roll for Business reports and on our website. This license ends when you delete the Contribution or your account, except where others have already shared it, where we must keep it by law, or for backup copies kept for a limited time.
Contributions are public unless you share them in a private or secret group. You confirm you have the rights to everything you share, including permission from people who appear in your photos or videos.
4. Community Rules
Roll works because people trust what they read. When you use the Services, you agree to:
- Share honest, first-hand experiences. Don’t post fake reviews, or reviews of places you own, work for or compete with.
- Treat others with respect. No harassment, hate speech, threats or bullying, including about disability, race, religion, gender, sexuality or any other part of who someone is.
- Respect privacy. Don’t share other people’s personal information, or photos of people who haven’t agreed.
- Not post anything illegal, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Not spam, sell, or try to game points, rankings or badges on The Honor Roll.
- Not interfere with the Services, scrape them, or try to reach parts you aren’t allowed to.
Group moderators may set extra rules for their groups. We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules. You can report content in the App or by emailing [email protected].
5. Accessibility Information Is Shared by the Community
Ratings, reviews, scores and sensory ratings come from members of the community and reflect their experience at a certain time. Places change, and needs differ from person to person. We don’t check every Contribution, and we can’t promise that information on Roll is complete, accurate or current. Please use your own judgment, and contact a place directly when access really matters to you.
6. Points, Rankings and Badges
Points, rankings and badges on The Honor Roll thank members for helping others. They have no cash value, can’t be sold or transferred, and we may change how they work or reset them.
7. Roll for Business
Businesses, nonprofits and public agencies that claim a listing or buy a plan agree to any extra terms we show when they sign up. Owners may answer reviews but may not edit, remove or pay for changes to community Contributions.
8. Our Content and Trademarks
The Services, including our software, design, text, graphics and the Roll Mobility name and logo, belong to Roll or our licensors. You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use under these Terms. Please don’t copy, change, sell or build on them without our written permission.
9. Other Sites and Services
The Services include links to and content from others, such as news articles in the feed, maps, and app stores. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Ending Your Use
You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the community. Sections 3 (license for content already shared), 5, 8 and 11 to 14 continue after your account ends.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limit of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Roll and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or from content shared by others. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
13. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Roll because of your Contributions or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App, by email, or on our website, and update the “Last Updated” date. If you keep using the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
